Here are some old horizontal dropouts.  They will give us the ability to easily adjust the chain tension based on different rear gear sizes.  Since the bike will have a rear brake these drop outs will make keeping the brakes in alignment with the rim surface easier.  These are Zeus an old Spanish company.
