I first laid out the frame in the jig and made sure everything was aligned.  Carefully I drilled pin holes and pinned the frame.  Then After everything was checked to still be in alignment after pinning I brazed the "hockey stick" ( The Down Tube Head Tube).  I did this to see how well the pins would hold the alignment.  After brazing, everything was right on.  I then re-pinned the frame and brazed the Main Triangle as a unit.  After that I put in the internal brake cable routing tube and the water bottle bosses.  In this picture I am putting the joins in warm water to soak the flux off.
